H5Q Trivia Multiplayer Quiz Game

Project Overview

H5Q is a real-time multiplayer quiz game built by Team High 5’s. Players can join quiz sessions, compete live, and enjoy real-time scoring and animation features. Developed as part of an Agile training project, it focuses on smooth performance, usability, and scalability.

My Role – Quality Manager

• I defined quality standards for performance, usability, and security.
• I created test plans, conducted unit and integration tests.
• I managed bug tracking using Trello and GitHub Issues.
• I ensured the game met performance benchmarks and usability goals.

Testing & QA

I executed unit, integration, usability, and performance testing. Bug tracking was organized by severity (critical, major, minor), and the game met all targets:

• User Satisfaction: ≥ 85%

Reflection

This role strengthened my Agile, testing, and QA skills. It emphasized the value of structured processes, early risk identification, and a polished user experience.
